이 약관은 Nanobe(이하 “개발자”)가 만든 모바일 게임(이하 “게임”)을 이용할 때 개발자와 이용자 사이에 적용되는 규칙입니다. 게임을 설치하고 실행하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 게임 이용
개발자는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적으로 즐길 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 이 권리는 양도할 수 없으며 독점적이지 않습니다.
게임의 프로그램, 그림, 소리, 글, 이름, 로고를 포함한 모든 저작물의 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 이를 복제·배포·개작하거나 별도의 제품에 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 계정
게임을 처음 실행하면 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다. 아이디나 비밀번호를 입력할 필요가 없으며, 계정은 기기에 저장된 열쇠에 매여 있습니다.
따라서 다음을 미리 알아 두시기 바랍니다.
- 기기를 초기화하거나 잃어버리면 계정을 되찾지 못할 수 있습니다. 기기 백업이 켜져 있으면 새 기기로 따라가지만, 이는 이용자의 백업 설정에 달린 일이라 개발자가 보장하지 못합니다.
- 기기를 다른 사람에게 넘기면 그 사람이 계정을 그대로 쓰게 됩니다.
- 계정 하나는 한 사람이 씁니다. 여러 계정을 만들어 랭킹을 조작하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
계정 삭제
이용자는 언제든지 게임 안 [설정] → [내 정보 제거]에서 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. (게임 화면에는 영어로 Settings → Erase my data로 표시됩니다.) 게임을 이미 삭제하셨다면 아래 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
계정을 지우면 진행 상황, 보유한 재화, 닉네임, 랭킹 기록이 모두 사라지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
3. 닉네임
랭킹에 이름을 올리려면 닉네임을 등록해야 합니다. 등록은 선택이며, 등록하지 않아도 게임은 정상적으로 즐길 수 있습니다.
등록한 닉네임은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 다음에 해당하는 닉네임은 사용할 수 없으며, 개발자가 사전 통지 없이 바꾸거나 회수할 수 있습니다.
- 욕설·혐오 표현·성적인 표현
- 다른 사람이나 개발자·운영자를 사칭하는 이름
- 타인의 개인정보나 상표를 담은 이름
- 광고·홍보 목적의 이름
4. 게임 안의 재화와 아이템
게임 안의 재화(코인·보석 등)와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓰이는 이용 권리이며 현금 가치가 없습니다.
- 재화·아이템의 소유권은 개발자에게 있고, 이용자는 게임 안에서 쓸 권리만 가집니다.
- 현금·다른 재화·다른 계정과 교환하거나 사고팔 수 없습니다.
- 계정을 삭제하거나 게임 서비스가 끝나면 보상 없이 소멸합니다.
- 개발자는 게임의 균형을 위해 재화의 획득량·가격·효과를 조정할 수 있습니다.
유료 결제가 제공되는 게임에서 구매한 항목의 환불은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 하지 말아야 할 것
- 게임 프로그램이나 저장 데이터를 변조하는 행위
- 자동 조작 도구(매크로·봇)를 쓰거나 비정상적인 방법으로 점수를 올리는 행위
- 서버에 부당한 부하를 주거나 허가 없이 접근을 시도하는 행위
- 다른 이용자나 개발자를 사칭하는 행위
- 여러 계정을 만들어 랭킹을 흐리는 행위
- 게임의 오류(버그)를 알면서 이용해 이득을 얻는 행위
- 법령을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 행위
6. 제재
위 5항을 어기거나 다른 이용자에게 피해를 준 경우, 개발자는 정도에 따라 다음 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
제재에 이의가 있으시면 아래 연락처로 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 개발자는 확인 후 답변드리며, 잘못된 제재였다면 되돌립니다.
7. 랭킹
랭킹에 기록을 올리면 닉네임, 국가, 점수, 사용한 공 종류가 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다.
랭킹은 정해진 기간마다 초기화될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 부정한 기록으로 판단되는 경우 사전 통지 없이 지울 수 있습니다.
8. 광고
게임에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 일부 보상은 광고를 끝까지 본 이용자에게 지급됩니다.
광고의 내용은 광고주가 만든 것으로 개발자가 만들거나 검수하지 않습니다. 광고를 통해 접한 상품·서비스에 관한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다.
광고 개인화를 거부하는 방법은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.
9. 서비스의 변경과 종료
개발자는 게임의 내용을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다.
서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 안 공지 또는 스토어 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 다만 천재지변, 서버 사고, 법령 변경처럼 미리 알릴 수 없는 사정이 있으면 사후에 알립니다.
점검·장애·통신 문제로 서비스가 일시적으로 멈출 수 있습니다.
10. 책임의 한계
개발자는 게임을 정상적으로 제공하기 위해 노력합니다. 다만 다음에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자의 기기 고장·초기화·분실로 계정이나 진행 상황을 잃은 경우
- 이용자가 기기 백업을 켜 두지 않아 계정을 되찾지 못한 경우
- 통신 환경이나 이용자 기기의 문제로 게임이 제대로 동작하지 않은 경우
- 이용자가 약관을 어겨 제재를 받은 경우
- 광고주가 제공하는 상품·서비스로 생긴 문제
이 조항은 개발자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해까지 면제하지 않으며, 소비자를 보호하는 법령이 정한 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
11. 약관의 변경
이 약관이 바뀌면 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행일로부터 최소 30일 전에 알립니다.
변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 게임 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 알린 뒤에도 계속 이용하시면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
12. 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 아래 연락처를 통해 원만히 해결하도록 노력하며, 소송이 필요한 경우 민사소송법이 정한 법원에 제기합니다.
이 조항은 이용자가 자신이 사는 나라의 소비자 보호 법령에 따라 가지는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
13. 연락처
These terms govern your use of the mobile games made by Nanobe (“we”, each a “Game”). By installing and launching a Game, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Game
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the Game.
All rights in the Game — its software, artwork, sound, text, names, and logos — belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse them in another product.
2. Your Account
An account is created automatically the first time you launch the Game. There is no username or password; the account is tied to a key stored on your device.
Please be aware of what this means:
- If you reset or lose your device, your account may be unrecoverable. It follows you to a new device only if your device backup is enabled, which is under your control and outside ours.
- If you give your device to someone else, they will inherit the account.
- One account is for one person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards is prohibited.
Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time from [Settings] → [Erase my data] in the Game. If you have already uninstalled the Game, contact us at the address below.
Deleting your account permanently removes your progress, currency, nickname, and leaderboard entries.
3. Nicknames
A nickname is required to appear on the leaderboard. It is optional — the Game is fully playable without one.
A registered nickname is visible to other players. The following are not allowed, and we may change or reclaim such a nickname without prior notice:
- Profanity, hate speech, or sexual content
- Impersonating another person, us, or our staff
- Another person's personal data or a third party's trademark
- Advertising or promotion
4. In-Game Currency and Items
In-game currency and items are a limited right of use inside the Game and have no cash value.
- We retain ownership; you receive only the right to use them within the Game.
- They may not be exchanged or traded for money, other currencies, or other accounts.
- They expire without compensation when you delete your account or when the Game's service ends.
- We may adjust earn rates, prices, and effects to keep the Game balanced.
Where a Game offers paid purchases, refunds follow the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Modifying the Game's software or its saved data
- Using automation (macros, bots) or otherwise inflating scores by abnormal means
- Placing undue load on our servers or attempting unauthorized access
- Impersonating another player or us
- Creating multiple accounts to distort leaderboards
- Knowingly exploiting a bug for advantage
- Violating the law or the rights of others
6. Enforcement
If you breach section 5 or harm other players, we may take the following measures in proportion to the conduct.
If you believe a measure was wrong, contact us at the address below. We will review it and reverse anything applied in error.
7. Leaderboards
Submitting a score makes your nickname, country, score, and the ball skin you used visible to other players.
Leaderboards may reset at fixed intervals. We may remove entries we determine to be fraudulent without prior notice.
8. Advertising
The Game displays advertisements, and some rewards are granted for watching an ad to completion.
Ad content is created by advertisers, not by us, and we do not review it. Responsibility for any product or service you encounter through an ad lies with that advertiser.

9. Changes and Discontinuation
We may improve or change the Game, and may discontinue the service if necessary.
If we discontinue a Game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game or on its store page — except where an event beyond our control (a disaster, a server incident, a change in law) makes advance notice impossible, in which case we will notify you afterwards.
Service may pause temporarily for maintenance, incidents, or network problems.
10. Limitation of Liability
We work to keep the Game running properly. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of your account or progress caused by device failure, reset, or loss
- Inability to recover an account because device backup was not enabled
- The Game not working due to your network conditions or device
- Measures applied because you breached these terms
- Products or services provided by advertisers
Nothing here excludes liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
11. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page. Changes that disadvantage you will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
If you do not accept the new terms, you may stop playing and delete your account. Continuing to play after the notice means you accept them.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute directly through the contact address below; if court proceedings are required, they will be brought before the court determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
This does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
